I have posted in this blog last September 8 the details on the postponement of the Buglasan Festival of Festivals from October to December starting this year.
Myla Mae Bromo-Abellana, senior tourism operations officer of Negros Oriental Provincial Tourism Office, has confirmed on that post that the festival will now be called Buglas Festival and held on December 21, 2007 to January 1, 2008. (See post here)

The Buglasan Festival of Festivals that is held every third week of October will now be moved to the month of December.
“It (Buglasan festival) will be held on December 21, 2007 to January 1, 2008,” confirmed Myla Mae Bromo-Abellana, senior tourism operations officer of Negros Oriental Provincial Tourism Office.
Proposal
Governor Emilio Macias II proposed for the postponement of the Buglasan activities sometime in June, according to Abellana.
She said the governor saw significance to hold the province’s festival in December.
