BUGLASAN BACK TO OCTOBER
	The clamor of Dumaguetenos was heard as the celebration of the Buglasan Festival of Festivals this year is slated October 16 to 26. To recall, the City Government last year under the administration of Governor Emilio Macias II moved the Buglasan activities to December. The governor saw the significance of holding the event in the said month.
